Located in the trendy and Bohemian West End of Glasgow, Maya's is a beautiful and trendy holiday home complete with 6 ensuite bedrooms ready to accommodate your family or group of friends / colleagues to help you experience Glasgow like a local. This home is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic and memorable stay.

Its perfect West End location will mean you are close to everything our great city has to offer.

At Maya's we want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive. We are always on hand to help if you need anything, but the space is yours to enjoy.

Living Room

With 2 massive comfy sofas, this is your perfect space to chill with good friends, a movie, a board game or a good glass of wine.

Dining Room

Perfect for that family dinner, this room is a perfect setting for families and friends to share some time together.

Breakfast Room

Enjoy a smaller informal dining space for the kids, for breakfast, a puzzle, a meeting, an aperitif. So many options...

Kitchen

Our kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need to cook that perfect dinner.

Garden

If you are lucky to visit on a sunny day, our garden is a great space to catch a little bit of rare Scottish sunshine.

Bedroom 1

Complete with its own small shower room this bedroom is full of our late grandfather's paintings and art.

This bedroom is usually used as a single room.

Bedroom 2

Situated at the back of the house, this bedroom also comes with its own shower room. It also has a small sofa for your comfort.

Bedroom 3

This is the largest bedroom in the house. It has its own shower room, and a lovely velvet sofa, facing River Kelvin.

Room 4

Perfect for a child or someone travelling alone this room has a lovely outlook on River Kelvin. This room also has its own shower room.

Room 5

Located at the back of the house, with its own little shower room.

Room 6

Perfect for sharing, this twin room at the top of the house has 2 single beds, and its own shower room.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Deposit

A safety deposit will be required during the booking process. This will be refunded after checkout provided all is in order with the property.

Guests

Only guests on the original booking are permitted to stay at any property. If you plan to have guests during the day, you will need to inform us.

Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am.

Cancellations

Bookings over 28 Nights

When you book you will be required to pay a 10% deposit. This is non-refundable. The balance payment for your stay will be taken 28 days prior to your arrival, at this point your whole booking will become non-refundable

All other bookings

When you book you will be required to pay a 10% deposit. This is non-refundable. The balance payment for your stay will be taken 14 days prior to your arrival, at this point your whole booking will become non-refundable

Parking

Metered street parking, free at weekends

We recommend parking at the park and ride at Kelvinbridge. Underground. It is very reasonable at £7.90 per day/£37 per week and this includes an all day underground ticket too! Park at the apartment to drop your bags and then drive around to the Park and Ride. It is a 5 min walk away.

Safety

For your safety and that of our properties CCTV can be in operation. Outside only.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. There is a garden space at the back where you are welcome to smoke.

Cleaning

We adhere to the strictest cleaning and sanitising procedures as directed by the Scottish Government.

You can expect a spotless property upon arrival.

Should you require a further clean during your stay, this can be organised (extra charges apply).

Facilities

All of our properties are fully equipped with everything you require for your stay. All bed linen and bath linen is provided as well as fully equipped kitchens, and free wifi.

Neighborhood

Kelvinbridge is a fantastic area of Glasgow to explore from. From here you can walk to all the attractions of the West End, as well as many lovely restaurants and cafes. The underground is conveniently located 2 minutes away, and this will get you into the city centre in 10 minutes flat.
