Located in the trendy and Bohemian West End of Glasgow, and beyond, Maya's is a collection of beautiful  and trendy holiday homes to help you experience Glasgow and London like a local. Each home is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic and memorable stay.

Whether you are a group travelling for business, a couple for a romantic getaway, or a family of 4 for a city break, we have something that is guaranteed to make your stay special. 

Our properties are super comfortable, well equipped and very clean, but best of all, our perfect West End location will mean you are close to everything our great city has to offer. 

Our favorite area, Kelvinbridge, was recently voted one of the coolest in the world by Timeout Magazine. Check out their article, here.

This apartment is located near the Art School, in the Garnethill area of Glasgow. It has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Deposit

​

A safety deposit will be required during the booking process. This will be refunded after checkout provided all is in order with the property. 

Guests

 

Only guests on the original booking are permitted to stay at any property. If you plan to have guests during the day, you will need to inform us. 

Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am.

Cancellations

Bookings over 28 Nights

When you book you will be required to pay a 10% deposit. This is non-refundable. The balance payment for your stay will be taken 28 days prior to your arrival, at this point your whole booking will become non-refundable

All other bookings

​

When you book you will be required to pay a 10% deposit. This is non-refundable. The balance payment for your stay will be taken 14 days prior to your arrival, at this point your whole booking will become non-refundable

Parking

 

Parking is currently free in the streets near the Territorial Army Barracks, located 5 minutes away (Raebury Street). There is also parking in our street, which is metered Mon-Fri, 8-6. It is free to park on Saturday and Sunday.

Safety

 

For your safety and that of our property CCTV is located at the front and back of the property. 

Smoking

 

Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. 

Cleaning

 

We adhere to the strictest cleaning and sanitising procedures as directed by the Scottish Government. 

You can expect a spotless property upon arrival. 

Should you require a further clean during your stay, this can be organised (extra charges apply).

Facilities

 

All of our properties are fully equipped with everything you require for your stay. All bed linen and bath linen is provided as well as fully equipped kitchens, and free wifi. 

Neighborhood

 

Kelvinbridge is a fantastic area of Glasgow to explore from. From here you can walk to all the attractions of the West End, as well as many lovely restaurants and cafes. The underground is conveniently located 2 minutes away, and this will get you into the city centre in 10 minutes flat.
